Whatever your level of expertise (or lack thereof)... You are invited for a fun time at the library.
For infants and little ones from birth to 24 months.
Consisting of simple rhymes, songs and stories, this program offers children and their caregivers activities appropriate to early childhood development.
Mother Goose Time is exclusively for babies who are 0-24 months old when the session begins. Adults must be fully engaged in participating with the children.

A mysterious monk comes out of the shadows with his puppet friend, Luigi…suddenly, he emerges as an amazing court jester! Alex is back! Once again, he’ll have you in stitches as he demonstrates his hilarious techniques of voice, face & body language. You’ll gasp at his climbing and balancing skills and musical tricks. Alex is renowned the world over as one of the funniest men alive today.

Bring blankets and soccer chairs and settle in for our final Summer Reading Show of 2014: “Rock-It Science Sing-Along”, with NH children’s entertainer Steve Blunt and his buddies, Marty Kelly and Joe Pierog. These guys have been entertaining youngsters in our area for many years now…come join the fun!
After the show, it will be time for contest awards and door prizes. We’ll head into the library for cake and punch and our annual Grand Book give-away…no one will go home empty-handed! A grand finish to a summer of deep down fun!

Summer wouldn’t be summer without our annual Fun Faire!
The whole lower level of the library will be turned into a carnival midway.
Come on down and try your luck at some skill games…maybe get your face painted by the incomparable Monica Leo…or challenge the Sensei at a Karate game.
Blast your way through the Cosmic Cake Walk and win a whole cake or batch of goodies to take home (donations happily accepted for this one).
Rack up those points… even the youngest won’t leave without a prize… a Bedford Library tradition!
